Since I also stream the game on Twitch, I’ve so far only played and streamed on Windows 11.

I want to completely move away from Windows. I tried Pop_OS!, but unfortunately it didn’t satisfy me. Since I use CachyOS as my daily driver, I decided to install it on my gaming PC as well.

Nyarch and UwUntu: Linux, but Make It UwU

Linux is famous for many things:
stability, performance, flexibility, and running critical infrastructure all over the world.

But today, we are not here to talk about boring topics like servers, compliance, or uptime.

Today, we talk about Nyarch and Uwuntu.
Two Linux distributions that looked at the terminal and said:
“What if this was… cute?”

Linux, But Nobody Told You This Could Happen

    Link to heading

At some point in every Linux user’s life, something breaks.
You open the terminal, stare at the error message, and think:

CachyOS in Daily Use

CachyOS in Daily Use: A Fast, Practical Arch-Based Desktop

    Link to heading

I have a soft spot for Linux distributions that feel “invisible” once they’re installed: they don’t slow me down, they don’t get in the way, and they don’t require constant babysitting. CachyOS has been exactly that for me. It’s an Arch-based distribution with a clear focus on performance and a polished user experience, but it still keeps enough of the Arch spirit to stay flexible and transparent.
